1 Introduction

Welcome to jeetbuj. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jeetbuj website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). jeetbuj is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on jeetbuj, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jeetbuj employee.
• You must not have previously had a jeetbuj account closed or suspended for violations of these Terms.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

jeetbuj takes age verification seriously. If there is any reason to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under 18, jeetbuj will suspend the account immediately pending verification. Any funds in an underage account will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, and no winnings will be paid out.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on jeetbuj. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering on jeetbuj, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. 4 Deposits & Payments

jeetbuj accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount on jeetbuj is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification requirements.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jeetbuj account instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on the processing time of your bank. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact jeetbuj support with your transaction reference number.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted on jeetbuj.
• jeetbuj does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit an incorrect amount.

jeetbuj reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the deposit being held pending verification.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on jeetbuj is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. jeetbuj does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.

Before your first withdrawal, jeetbuj will require identity verification. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process and typically requires a copy of your national ID and a selfie. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed significantly faster.

• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak hours may take slightly longer to process.
• jeetbuj reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jeetbuj offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply to all jeetbuj promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• jeetbuj bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers is prohibited.
• jeetbuj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who open multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will have all accounts closed and all balances forfeited.

If you believe a bonus has not been credited correctly to your jeetbuj account, contact support within 48 hours of the qualifying deposit or action. Claims submitted after this window may not be honoured.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on jeetbuj use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published on the game information page. jeetbuj does not manipulate game outcomes, adjust odds mid-session, or operate any game with undisclosed house advantages.

Live dealer games on jeetbuj are operated by professional croupiers in licensed studios. Physical cards, wheels, and dice are used in live dealer games. Results are determined in real time and are not subject to any software manipulation by jeetbuj.

• In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Using the jeetbuj platform for any money laundering or financial crime activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jeetbuj staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.

jeetbuj actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If prohibited conduct is detected, jeetbuj reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals, reverse any recent transactions, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

jeetbuj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

If your jeetbuj account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. If your account is closed for any other reason, your verified real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jeetbuj account can do so by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

10 Responsible Gaming
